We bring 30+ years of time in the trade to the table, and can tell you exactly how much anything is valued at, given where things are currently. Sometimes, we’ll have someone bring in a piece that may be double what it would’ve been 15 years ago. In addition to the condition, timing also plays a huge part in it.
